Classes at Bangkok Fight Lab are designed to help you learn, have fun and get in top shape. All of our classes are taught by real martial artists; people who have dedicated many years of their lives to become experts. You will learn new skills to get you get into the best shape of your life. Our high-energy classes are both mentally and physically challenging. To fit in your busy schedule and maximize learning, we keep classes to one hour each. Plan on arriving about 10 minutes early so you don’t miss anything. At Bangkok Fight Lab, you will never be forced to do anything that you do not want to do. For example, if you don’t want to be hit.
