Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Bangkok
Bangkok Fight Lab offers kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in Bangkok for children aged 6 and up. We run two programs — regular classes and a competitive training program — to suit children at different stages of their BJJ journey.
Our kids program builds confidence, discipline, coordination, fitness, and teamwork in a positive and structured training environment. Children learn real Jiu-Jitsu in a setting that is age-appropriate, safe, and genuinely fun.
All belt levels and stripe levels are welcome.
Regular Kids BJJ — Coach: Amanda Cacciola
Our regular kids classes are taught by Amanda Cacciola, a BJJ Brown Belt under Morgan Perkins. Amanda's classes balance technical BJJ instruction with games, movement drills, and structured partner exercises designed to keep children engaged and progressing.
The environment is serious about learning Jiu-Jitsu, but the emphasis is on enjoyment, development, and building a love of training — not pressure.
Regular Kids BJJ Schedule:
- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Saturday
Open to all kids aged 6 and up. No experience required.
Competitive Kids BJJ — Coach: Morgan Perkins
For children who want to take their training further and compete, Bangkok Fight Lab offers a separate competitive program led by *Morgan Perkins*, a 3rd Degree BJJ Black Belt under Pedro Sauer with over 30 years of training experience.
Competitive classes include physical conditioning, focused drilling, positional training, and more intensive coaching aimed at preparing students for competition. This program is by coach invitation only — it is designed for kids who are ready to commit to more demanding training.
Competitive Kids BJJ Schedule:
- Monday — 5:00 PM
- Wednesday — 5:00 PM
