Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

No. Most of our programs have beginner-friendly classes and our coaches will point you in the right direction based on your goals and experience level. You do not need to be fit, athletic, or have any martial arts background to walk in for your first class.
Comfortable athletic clothing is fine — shorts and a t-shirt or rashguard will do. We provide gloves, hand wraps, and shin pads for your first class at no extra charge, so you do not need to bring any equipment.
No. We have gi rentals available. For your very first class, the gi rental is included at no additional charge — you just pay the 600 baht intro class fee. After that, gi rentals are 200 baht per session. If you decide to train regularly, we can help you source your own gi.
You never have to buy your own gear — we provide gloves, hand wraps, and shin pads for all students to use. That said, if you are training regularly it makes sense to have your own. We sell boxing gloves, shin pads, hand wraps, and mouth guards at the gym.
Your first class is 600 baht. Come in, train, and see the gym for yourself. If you decide to join after your class, the 600 baht goes toward your membership — take as long as you need to decide.
