Train in Bangkok on a Destination Thailand Visa

Bangkok Fight Lab is an authorized sponsor gym for the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) — a 5-year multiple-entry visa that allows you to live and train in Thailand for up to 180 days per entry.

If you have ever wanted to base yourself in Bangkok and train Muay Thai seriously, the DTV is the most flexible long-term visa option available. Bangkok Fight Lab provides the full package of supporting documents required for your application.

What Is the Destination Thailand Visa?

The DTV is a Thai government visa launched in 2024, designed for remote workers, digital nomads, freelancers, and people coming to Thailand for approved soft-power activities — including Muay Thai and martial arts training.

Key details:
- 5-year validity, multiple entry
- 180 days per entry
- Extendable once per entry by a further 180 days at the Thai Immigration Bureau
- Dependents (spouse and children under 20) can apply under the same visa
- Muay Thai training is an officially recognised qualifying activity

Financial requirement: applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 500,000 THB in a bank account at the time of application.

For full visa details and eligibility, visit the official Thai e-Visa portal: thaievisa.go.th
